RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- Please note that we don’t cover or refund the return/exchange shipping fees & custom charges, unless an item is faulty or if you received incorrect items.
- If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
- The original shipping fee is not refundable (if applicable).
If you wish to return an item to mademoiselleveste.com, please follow the instructions below within 14 days of purchase.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit.
