RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- Please note that we don’t cover or refund the return/exchange shipping fees & custom charges, unless an item is faulty or if you received incorrect items.
- If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
- Please follow the instructions on your returns label, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package.

If you need a new returns label, please contact us, we'll send you a new one by email.
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
